SHIPPING - To anywhere in Australia. Standard Australia post rates. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). EXPRESS and REGISTERED Post is available.

POSTAGE RATES - The shipping estimator on your shopping cart shows Cost Per Item. If you are purchasing several items the total cost of shipping your order can quite often be cheaper than the amount calculated, especially for items such as Party Favours. If you think this applies to your order, please email us for a Combined Postage Rate by selecting request for quote at checkout.

LOCAL PICK UP - By Appointment only.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS -  BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY. Please email me BEFORE purchase for a postage quote. Payment via Paypal only. Please NOTE some items are not available (due to customs restrictions) for overseas shipping.

PAYMENT - Bank deposit, Paypal/Credit Card(Visa or Mastercard ONLY) or Money Order - Cash is accepted for pick up orders only.

BULK ORDERS WELCOME  - Please email us for a quote.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES - On completion of order (prior to payment) please email us as you may qualify for a postage discount.

RETURNS - We do not accept returns if you have just changed your mind. All items are checked prior to shipping to you. However, if you do have a problem with your purchase, please contact us on sales@thepartybox.com.au so that we can endeavour to resolve this issue for you. If you require further information on any of our products, especially in relation to sizing, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to purchase.

EMAILS - As we are a totally ONLINE shop we have no set trading hours. Emails will be answered as soon as possible, usually well within a 12 hour period.
